ADHD Family Network CLG Terms & Conditions
1) About ADHD Family Network
ADHD Family Network CLG is a not-for-profit social enterprise providing ADHD education workshops, awareness events, education programmes for parents, caregivers, families, and communities.
Our services are educational and supportive in nature and are designed to increase understanding, awareness, and practical skills.
2) Nature of Service
The information provided through our workshops, events, website, newsletters, and educational materials is intended for general educational purposes only.
Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice and should not be considered a substitute for professional diagnosis, treatment, therapy, or healthcare services.
Participants are responsible for seeking appropriate professional support where required.
3) Registration and Payment
Registration for workshops and events is completed through the designated booking platform.
Where payment is required, places are confirmed only upon receipt of payment.
Workshop places may be limited and are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
4) Cancellation and Refunds
As a small not-for-profit organisation, event costs are often incurred in advance.
Unless otherwise stated on the event booking page:
Cancellations made more than 7 days before an event may be transferred to another event or participant at our discretion.
Refund requests received less than 7 days before an event may not be eligible for a refund.
No refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
ADHD Family Network CLG reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule anevent where necessary. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or a refund.
5) Respectful Participation
We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful, and inclusive environment for all participants.
Participants are expected to treat others with dignity and respect during workshops, events, online discussions, and community activities.
ADHD Family Network CLG reserves the right to remove individuals whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or compromises the safety or wellbeing of others.
6) Confidentiality
Participants may choose to share personal experiences during workshops and events.
We encourage all participants to respect the privacy of others and not share personal information disclosed by another participant without their permission.
While facilitators will treat information shared with respect and discretion, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in group settings.
7) Safeguarding
ADHD Family Network CLG is committed to promoting the safety and wellbeing of children, young people, and vulnerable adults. Where activities involve children or vulnerable individuals, appropriate safeguarding procedures will be followed.
If information is disclosed that raises concerns about the safety or welfare of a child, young person, or vulnerable adult, we may be required to share this information with relevant authorities or services in accordance with our safeguarding responsibilities and legal obligations.
8) Photography and Recording
Photography, video recording, or audio recording during workshops or events is not permitted without the prior consent of ADHD Family Network CLG and any individuals who may be recorded.
9) Privacy and Data Protection
ADHD Family Network CLG is committed to protecting personal information and complying with applicable data protection legislation, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10) Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ADHD Family Network CLG shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from reliance on information provided through workshops, events, educational materials, or website content.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes liability where exclusion is not permitted by law.
11) Changes to These Terms
ADHD Family Network CLG reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on our website.
